Before joining the Knowledge Management service line at AirBusiness Academy in 2020, Céline held several positions in Airbus, in the Design Office area, mainly in Airframe Centre of Competence and also within the Manufacturing and Delivery area. During the last 15 years with Airbus, she has developed competences in aircraft design, airworthiness regulations, external audit, aircraft manufacturing and also customer acceptance and delivery process.
Thanks to her change management mindset, her ability to foster collaborative work and her customer mindset, she has consistently overcome challenges and has developed a significant network throughout Airbus ecosystem, including its customers. In addition to her consultancy activities, Céline had already began to facilitate training sessions and workshops within Airbus.
Following such a positive experience of the learning world, joining the Knowledge Management team at AirBusiness Academy represented an evident and logical step.
AirBusiness Academy is supporting Airbus Engineering in a project of knowledge capitalization & reuse, and Celine’s role is to strive design experts in capturing their technical knowledge, to animate communities of practice and to ensure that Engineering data will be easily reusable by future Aircraft designers.
