Christelle started her career in the area of Human Resources within the aerospace industry working for companies such as Adecco, Dereichbourg Atis aéronautique and EuroStrategy Consultants.
Moving to Airbus in January 2015, Christelle gained experience as Training Deployment Coordinator for the Engineering domain and training project manager before eventually ensuring full management of the training plan for Engineering at Airbus Defence &Space. Before joining AirBusiness Academy, Christelle held the position of HR Supply Chain Performance Specialist, where over 5 years she ensured the performance and continuous improvement of a database of over 700 learning suppliers.
Now part of the Talent Development team at AirBusiness Academy, Christelle manages the First Class Room project for Airbus Customer Services.
"First Class Room Customer Services" is a dedicated place where awareness/training and workshop are held based on Quality, Safety and Customer Satisfaction. It's also a collaboration space to exchange and review matters that need to be further improved.
