Background
Marion recently joined ABA as a consultant in Change Management . She has spent several years as B to B sales representative in big companies and then consultancy activities to support change within in HR departments and digital projects on many aspects ( training, competences, culture change)
Her scope of activity ranges from leading diagnosis and barometers among impacted populations, implementing project management activities, building change approach with customers & designing specific trainings contents.
