Background
Elsa began her career as a Risk & Opportunity management consultant and Internal Auditor for mainly the automotive and food & beverage industry, where she developed analytical, communication and efficiency management competences. She later joined the aeronautical world as a Project Management consultant for AIRBUS on the A350 program, in which she cultivated the customer mindset to help the customers achieve excellence on deliveries on time in an Agile framework.
Today, Elsa is working to accompany the Knowledge Management strategy definition in an ever-changing DDMS world for AIRBUS, working in the cross-division programme to transform the way AIRBUS is developing future AIRBUS products. She is also helping to improve the team's dynamics in developing their mindset through Change Management methods
