Marie has 15 years of experience, as organisational consultant, PMO and change leader for important IT of HR transformation.
She has developed during the last years a facilitation experience and dedicated her activities to support project and people development through collaboration and collective intelligence.
User centricity, Innovation and collaboration is at the heart of everything she does, and she is convinced that empowering people is a key enabler to performance.
Marie joined ABA end of 2021 to develop the collaborative work domain on 3 axes : accelerate Business and projects through powerful collaborative workshops, develop and sustain transformation through collaborative journey and equip people with the right facilitation skills to be able to empower teams.
