Background
Lila joined AirBusiness Academy as a Knowledge Management Consultant in the KM faculty. She has spent most of her career developing people and project skills in HR Project Management within the automotive industry.
Before entering the Human Resources world, Lila worked for a large multinational company in sales administration and as executive assistant where her management and language skills impacted several countries in Europe and America.
Her scope of activity ranges from structuring and mapping knowledge to managing projects from a functional and organisational point of view.
