Operational Excellence is key in aerospace and defense industry competitive market. Facing extensive ramp-ups, one of our main client challenges is now to ensure delivery on time, on quality and on cost. The operating system supported by lean six sigma principle enables this change. I personally think that to pursue this goal we need training, both on technical and soft skills, to accompany the mindset evolution need.
Background
Grégoire joined AirBusiness Academy to lead the Lean team and a network of external consultants covering Operating System, Lean, Practical Problem Solving and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis. Previously a manager at Accenture Consulting, Grégoire greatly developed his skills and expertise in Operational Excellence management in the Aerospace & Defense industry. This experience allowed him to contribute to a multitude of projects, all aiming to reduce cost and delays of production and of course, with the ultimate objective of improving overall quality.
Currently heading the Talent Development team, Grégoire divides his time between continued delivery, managing the domain leaders and collaborating with the Customer Success team to cater ofr our customer needs.
