AirManager™ improves your understanding of the complex and changing airline business environment.  During an AirManager™ session, you will be placed in one of three competing teams, each representing an airline. You will work with your team to analyse and decide both short-term issues (fares, daily frequencies, marketing investments) and medium to long-term investments (aircraft orders and disposals, aircraft financing…). Your decisions will generate feedback and discussions.

Learning solutions are adapted to the airline and to the business cycle. It is parametric and flexible – any market, any range, any aircraft type.  It is built around 3 learning principles: training, serious gaming and workshops.

AirManager™ uses a modular approach for more flexibility, each one representing a learning unit. This allows tailoring the course easily to the participants' profiles, without extra costs of customisation. You can follow a session with only the core modules, or you can build a more tailored AirManager™ by adding one or several optional business and/or human performance modules.
