Our interns Ryan, David and Thomas asked ABA staff about their 2014 highlights. The AirManager event held in Paris in November came up trumps, the Quest event in London was another high point. Specific projects such as the Switch programme, the Leadership transfer & harmonisation and the Lean Forum in China greatly motivated the ABA team during the year. But what really stood out from the survey results was the appreciation for working within a conscientious and professional team to make these events a success. Thank you to the interns for making this message vocal!
