Hélène achieved a Master in Finance and IT tools from the University of Toulouse Capitole and spent her early years gaining experience in computer consultancy companies working for various clients and industries. After finally joining Airbus in 2005, she has overcome many challenges, developed a strong customer mindset and finetuned her expertise in learning activities.
As an internal trainer within Airbus, Hélène jumped at the opportunity to move to the new Airbus Learning Center where for 3 years, she developed digital and instructor-led training. This experience led to an even more international learning experience in Asia.
Spending over 2 years in China, Hélène implemented specific training courses and developed knowledge management culture within the different Airbus entities.
The next challenge was to fully embrace the Knowledge Management world by joining the KM team at AirBusiness Academy in early 2020.
Today, Hélène manages a variety of activities ranging from solution facilitation to training delivery, ensuring that the customer's need and levels of satisfaction are priority.
