Its Knowledge Management department is looking for a

Knowledge Transfer facilitator

BASIC PURPOSE
The job purpose is to facilitate the knowledge transfer from people leaving their job (the giver) , experts or employees having a critical knowledge/know-how, to people starting a new job ( the receiver(s)). The knowledge transfer is concerning as well explicit knowledge as tacit knowledge.


You will contribute to business improvement through the development and implementation of KM solutions.

You will perform definition, design, customization & validation of KM solutions.

You will be required to:

1- Participate in the knowledge transfer by:

- Collecting , structuring information from the giver and mapping his/her knowledge or know-how
- Recording and digitizing the information in a digital tool
- Supporting meetings to transfer the identified knowledge from the giver to the receivers in order to easily reuse the know/how.
- developing a sound relationship with customers, for the quality follow-up, the continuous improvement of existing products and for proposals of new requests,
- liaising with customers to gather all necessary information to run the activity efficiently and to have the right resources (quality/quantity).

2- develop a client orientation by :

- understanding clients'needs and concerns
- Responding promptly and effectively to client needs
- Customizing services and products as appropriate

3- manage the domain activity:

- monitoring and guaranteeing the quality of services and ensuring continuous improvement.
- holding regular meetings, observations and sessions with associates/partners in order to keep them informed and to maintain a real partnership spirit
.
?4- develop consulting activities : conduct audits, bring consultancy expertise to customers , develop benchmarking and best practice

Candidate profile

Your profile :
- Engineer degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of industrial experience.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills ( written and verbal) adaptable to different levels of expertise.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking , experience in roles that require accurate record keeping and attention to detail.
- Innovative and creative - able to work with potential partners to identify , evaluate and develop effective innovation solutions.
- Ability to develop prioitise and manage work effectively
- Understanding of how-to visualise / present data and how to record and store information in a digital format.
- Dynamic leader known for business acumen, customer focus, strategic vision and ability to influence, creative force and enabler of customer development.
- Ability to communicate effectively , inspire and motivate people.
- Proactive, autonomous, resourceful, inquisitive, and able to build a strong team spirit.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- English & French fluencies required spoken and written, and an other langage will be an asset.
- Experience in an international company or industry with KM roles would be an asset
- You are inclined to travel and have the necessary availability
