Training consultant in Change management and collaborative working

Description

You have a natural talent to accompany people and organisations through phases of transformations and are able to provide support to companies in both change management and collaborative working.
You are autonomous, you like new challenges and are ready to develop and extend the service line in which you will operate.


BASIC PURPOSE
You will design and deliver solutions including facilitation, on-the-job coaching and training to Airbus and external customers.

The mission takes place in the frame of the Innovation and Collaborative Work (ICW) service line:

- Change Management (diagnosis of stakeholders and impacts, change management roadmap, key enablers)
- Collaborative working (group facilitation, workshop, team dynamics, decision – making, problem solving ….)


You will have to:
- develop and deliver state of the art learning solutions on these topics.
- design and facilitate dynamic collaborative working sessions
- support customers “on-the-job" for a holistic and systemic approach of upskilling (operational coaching, codevelopment, …)

- manage the domain activity and the make or buy policy:
o ensuring the right balance between internal delivery and external partnerships
- monitor and secure the quality of services, ensuring continuous improvement
- hold regular meetings, observations and sessions with associates/partners in order to keep them informed and to maintain a real partnership spirit.
- Participate in the service line development strategy by:
o ensuring the development of new products and proposing innovative learning solutions and support services.
o liaising with Business Affairs and Marketing to develop/update/improve the domain catalogue,
o supporting Business Affairs in any answers/proposals to customers (on the technical part),
o developing/updating/improving the domain course catalogue,
o developing a sound relationship with customers, for the quality follow-up, the continuous improvement of existing products and for proposals of new requests,
- liaise with customers to gather all necessary information to run the activity efficiently and to have the right resources (quality/quantity).

Candidate profile

- Expert in change management and facilitation techniques and tools
- Ability to train and facilitate groups using collaborative & innovative methods ( trainer or facilitator experience)
- Ability to transfer experience and knowledge management.
- Dynamic leader known for business acumen, customer focus, strategic vision and ability to influence, creative force and enabler of customer development.
- Proactive, autonomous, resourceful, inquisitive, and able to build a strong team spirit.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- English and another language fluencies required, spoken and written.
- Experience in an international company or industry would be an asset
