Description
Basic Purpose:
Under the supervision of the IT manager, manage the various aspects of the IT department of a small company with less than 50 employees.
- On a regular basis, the core of the activity will be:
- Manage the receipt and allocation of equipment (restitution, inventory) and ensure their correct functioning
- Make available and install the user's hardware and applications, in line with his needs and his technical perimeter
- Manage the global infrastructure systems and networks by maintaining the system in operation with the optimum level of security
- Supervise system security and user permissions
- Manage and maintain the software fleet
- Monitor the external IT maintenance company that supports and maintains the system and network infrastructure, manage and resolve incidents
- Improve the tools/processes/actions carried out by the IT department
- Qualify the needs issued by the user/requesting service
- Propose solutions to all aspects of these requests: solutions, costs, implementation, constraints, security
- Ensure the necessary communication to users and services of malfunctions and/or changes in hardware and/or applications
Candidate profile
- Education level: Bachelor's degree and/or Specialized Master's degree
- Engineering school, with IT speciality
- Knowledge of network environment, and Microsoft systems
- Knowledge of IT security standards
- Good knowledge of the company
- Ability to work independently, rigorous, good communication with customers (internal and external suppliers)
- Knowledge of development and database structures
Additional requirements and information:
- English required, spoken (advanced) and written
- Good working relations
