Its Aviation Management department is looking for a

Training Consultant for Finance domains


You have an extensive experience working with Airbus aircraft operators , leasing companies or suppliers of finance services managers.

You have a natural talent to propose a pragmatic learning approach emphasizing learning by doing.
You are autonomous, you like new challenges and are ready to strengthen the business development in your department and extend the domain for which you will be in charge.


You will be responsible for each product in the related domain, from design to delivery.
You will have to:
 Participate in the development strategy by:
- continuously promoting learning services of the domain through all opportunities,
- ensuring the development of new products and proposing innovative learning solutions,
- developing/updating/improving the domain course catalogue,
- answers/proposals to customers (writing and defending the technical part),
- developing a sound relationship with customers, for the quality follow-up, the continuous improvement of existing products and for proposals of new requests,
- liaising with customers to gather all necessary information to run the activity efficiently and to have the right resources (quality/quantity).

 develop and deliver state of the art learning solutions on airline finance topics, including aircraft financing, operating leases and aircraft financial evaluation (for fleet development) and more generally financial topics in the aerospace industry.
 develop and increase use of innovative techniques and emerging multimedia tools, discussions and models (Virtual Classroom, Digital training techniques)
 develop a program in offerings, consistent with company strategy
 design and present dynamic sessions in group facilitation
 bring advisory expertise to customers
 attend conferences as a speaker and network with conference attendees

 manage the domain activity and the make or buy policy:
- ensuring, maintaining, increasing necessary competencies internally and/or externally,
- monitoring and guaranteeing the quality of services and ensuring continuous improvement.
- holding regular meetings, observations and sessions with associates/partners in order to keep them informed and to maintain a real partnership spirit.

Candidate profile

What You Will Bring :
- Advanced degree in Finance and/or related field of study.
- 7-10 years of successful aeronautic experience (airline, leasing company, aircraft manufacturer, OEM)
- Ability to transfer experience and knowledge management.
- Dynamic leader known for business acumen, customer focus, strategic vision and ability to influence, creative force and enabler of customer development.
- Ability to strengthen innovation power by developping, communicating, implementing an innovation strategy.
- Proactive, flexible, autonomous, resourceful, inquisitive, and able to build a strong team spirit.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- English and an other language fluencies required, spoken and written.
- You are encline to travel for business trips as per requested by the activity.
- Experience in Aircraft Financing and /or Airlines finance organization with technical roles would be an asset.
- Lectures or training experience would be an asset.
