BASIC PURPOSE
Assist the sales and marketing activities of the AirBusiness Academy sales teams by providing back-office support with
Commercial opportunities follow-up
Tracking of commercial actions
CRM management
Creation of standardized proposals and contracts
Commercial process application and adherence
Standardization of tools and ways of working
Data reporting and structuring
Marketing campaigns
Event organisation
First level correspondence and communication (Airbus internal and external)
MAIN TASKS:
Sales Backoffice:
Record, track opportunity status together with key account managers (KAM) and faculty owners
Update CRM and contract database
Develop, update and publish commercial offer and contract templates
Prepare standard commercial proposals and contracts and contribute to CFTs
Perform commercial reviews together with KAMs, Business Operations and course owners
Schedule, coordinate and prepare internal commercial meetings
Establish and maintain filing structure and system
Monitor ways of working of different commercial teams and contribute to alignment and improvement
Marketing and Communications support
Support marketing and communication campaigns to internal and external customers
Support event planning, preparation and follow-up
Contribute to creation of marketing and communication material (catalogue, flyers, newsletters etc…)
Monitor call for tender platforms
Monitor generic business development mailboxes
Monitoring and Reporting
Develop and prepare commercial dashboard and monitor KPIs
Collect and consolidate input for periodic commercial reports
Monitor adherence to company commercial processes

Experience in sales, sales support or marketing
Strong analytical competence and at ease with structuring and processing data
Well-organised, autonomous, reliable and thorough profile
Integrity and customer focus
Ability to work with a strong team spirit.
Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Additional reqirements and information:
- Advanced degree in Marketing and Sales domains and/or related field of study.
- English and an other langage fluencies required, spoken and written.French langage would be an asset.
