Over the last ten years, we have been focused on providing highly interactive airline simulations in order to engage participants and hence increase learning retention. Our Airline Business simulation game, AirManager has been played by over 5000 players from more than 45 top-tier Airlines worldwide. The newest addition to the portfolio and the natural follow up to AirManager, Network Manager has already welcomed participants from Airbus, China Eastern, China Southern, Amadeus and Sichuan Airlines.

Following the success of these simulation games, the latest creation MRO Manager has been integrated into our most popular training session "Commercial Aspects of Aircraft Maintenance" and has received extremely positive feedback so far. This training exists in both classroom and virtual format and as a scheduled open course several times a year.

Our pedagogy

Our training is grounded on a pedagogical approach which engages participants in active learning: role plays, serious games, debates, case studies, etc. This approach has served as the basis for the development of all our courses and programmes, allowing for more flexibility and adaptation to specific training requirements. We believe in learning, practicing and then taking what you have learned and applying it on the job. Our faculty and extended network of industry experts bring active learning into their training through business games an dinteractive workshops.
