Description
You have a strong operational experience in Lean & Quality activities in the industrial world and confident with continuous improvement approach, mainly in the aeronautic and/or automobile industries.
You have a natural talent to propose a pragmatic and pedagogical learning approach emphasizing learning by doing, and are able to provide consulting services to industrials in both domain.
You are autonomous, you like new challenges and are ready to develop and extend the domain for which you will be in charge.
You will be responsible for each product in a domain, from design to delivery.
You will have to:
? Contribute to the development of a consulting and “on-the-job” approach regarding those domains,
? Conduct audits, bring consultancy expertise to customers , develop benchmarking and best practice.
? Participate in the development strategy by:
- continuously promoting learning services of the domain through all opportunities,
- ensuring the development of new products and proposing innovative learning solutions and consulting services.
- liaising with Business Affairs and Marketing to develop/update/improve the domain catalogue,
- supporting Business Affairs in any answers/proposals to customers (writing and defending the technical part),
- developing/updating/improving the domain course catalogue,
- developing a sound relationship with customers, for the quality follow-up, the continuous improvement of existing products and for proposals of new requests,
- liaising with customers to gather all necessary information to run the activity efficiently and to have the right resources (quality/quantity).
? develop and deliver state of the art learning solutions on lean, quality, supply chain topics.
? develop and increase use of innovative techniques and emerging multimedia tools, discussions and models (Virtual Classroom…)
? develop a program in offerings, consistent with customers strategy
? design and present dynamic sessions in group facilitation
? bring consultancy expertise to customers
? manage the domain activity and the make or buy policy:
- ensuring, maintaining, increasing necessary competencies internally and/or externally,
? monitoring and guaranteeing the quality of services and ensuring continuous improvement.
? holding regular meetings, observations and sessions with associates/partners in order to keep them informed and to maintain a real partnership spirit.
Organisation : 70% delivery, 20% development, 10% stakeholder management
Candidate profile
What You Will Bring :
- 7-10 years of successful operational experience in Lean and/or Quality domains (LEAN, APQP, PPS)
- Experience in an international company or industry with technical roles (Lean/Quality) would be an asset.
- Ability to transfer experience and knowledge management.
- Dynamic leader known for business acumen, customer focus, strategic vision and ability to influence, creative force and enabler of customer development.
- Ability to strengthen innovation power by developping, communicating, implementing an innovation strategy.
- Proactive, autonomous, resourceful, inquisitive, and able to build a strong team spirit.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- English and an other langage fluencies required, spoken and written.
- Professionnal certifications would be an asset ( 6sigma, CSCP, APICS…)
