This course will benefit high-potential airline middle managers by developing a comprehensive view of the tactical options and consequences facing airlines in a competitive marketplace.
By combining an advanced computer-based airline management simulation with content in learning areas defined with the airline, managers acquire a broad yet focussed view of airline competitive performance.
