Background

Aine O'MearaAine is highly involved as a trainer for Human Performance and Leadership courses at AirBusiness Academy such as  Motivational Management, Leading Project Teams, Train the Trainer, Effective Presentations, just to name a few.  She has a proven track record in training, consultancy and career development, having spent many years as a free lance management training consultant with such clients as ONERA, Pierre Fabre, ESC Toulouse, and Airbus France.

In addition to being a confirmed Training Consultant, Aine spent 10 years in Operations Management, Business Process Outsourcing and Client Services Management with responsibilities ranging from Continuous Improvement of Operation Processes to Business Process design and re-engineering.

Aine is also a Coach practitioner and can deliver training in both English and French.
