Benjamin Franklin said, “You may delay, but time will not”. This is why I keep things simple by being well organised, taking time to share with people and always finding time to live life to the fullest!.’
Background
Pascale began her career in the automotive industry as a Quality Project Leader in Sommer Allibert Industry (today known as Faurecia). Having lived in the United States during her childhood, she took on international projects involving British, Spanish and Indian markets. It is in India where she put forward her coaching and advisory skills for the quality team of a new joint-venture that was part of the TATA group. The aim was to put into place all the quality processes, set up the jigs and tools, gain supplier qualification and create a solid quality team, all while supervising the building of a new plant.
After this project, Pascale explored the other side of the product lifecycle by becoming Quality Manager of a shop floor team for AUTOLIV, a Swedish company that produces airbags and seatbelts for cars. Following this position, she took over as Project Manager for the development of safety parts for French customers.
She then left the automotive industry and brought her expertise to Airbus as part of a consultancy company for project management. Having spent a few years in this position, Pascale decided to become a trainer, a natural change in direction where she could pursue one of her key values: sharing. In 2006, she joined the faculty of AirBusiness Academy to build a bridge between theory/methods/tools and the practical ways of managing projects.
Pascale trains Airbus employees and their worldwide partners not only in project management, but also in risk management, quality, improvement and change management.
Sharing works both ways and it is therefore through her exchange with participants, taking the time to listen to them, that she gains more experience and she can find each session interesting and exciting.
