Business Planning: AirBusiness Academy worked with a major network airline based in the Middle East, combining a management development seminar with extensive advisory work to help develop a comprehensive, company wide business planning process and a consolidated business plan for airline's management, investors and aircraft financiers.
Fleet Planning: Working with a major airline association, AirBusiness Academy provided the investment valuation component of a major network airline's fleet growth and renewal programme. Our consultants worked with the airline's top management to provide the project's cash-flow evaluation, recommendations on the existing fleet re-sale and new aircraft financing alternatives.
