MBTI
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality questionnaire designed to identify certain psychological differences according to the typological theories of Carl Jung as published in his 1921 book Psychological Types. Originally developed 60 years ago by Katharine Briggs and her daughter, Isabel Myers, this assessment is one of the best known and most trusted personality tool available today. The MBTI analyzes four dichotomies: Extraversion/Introversion, Sensation/Intuition, Thinking/Feeling, Judging/Perceiving. It is used to accept the difference with others, reduce workplace conflict, improve individual and team performance, and develop leadership and communication skills. More than 2 million assessments are administered to individuals every year in 21 languages.
