Successful risk management can mean the difference between success and failure in aviation today. In this course, we develop a comprehensive approach to risk management for airline organisations.
Each day we discuss strategies and tactics to counter a specific type of aviation risk, beginning with operating risks on day one, followed by financial and commodity risks, and finally investment risk. A separate, aviation-based case study is discussed and developed for each of these critical risk areas.
